Everything in those “cookies” is good for you. It’s a perfect after-school snack, breakfast on the go or just to tide you over to your next meal without ruining your whole goals for the day. You know what I mean right? You start your morning with great intentions, eat healthy & balanced breakfast and lunch and then….comes 3 O’Clock and your so famished that literally you grab anything you can get fast. Well, as most “fast” options are poor choices for your health and diet, you end up blowing your goals for the day.

A good diet and healthy eating come with some planning, so why not bake some of these cookies this weekend? You can then freeze them and grab just the right amount when you need it (Just make sure to line them up on a sheet pan when you freeze them so that they don’t stick together in one big bunchy mess!). When a craving comes, all you’ll need to do is grab 2 or 3 and pop them in the microwave a few seconds.
